You’ve Got Mail!
In 2004 ECU introduced a new and improved student email system.
You probably already know that as an ECU student you have your own ECU Student Webmail account. This is your official ECU email account and we’ll be using it to email you all of your important updates about your enrolment, exams, results, library notices and much more.
Over the next twelve months you’ll notice that you’re receiving a lot more information from ECU in your ECU Student Webmail account. You should check your email account at least once a week to make sure that you’re fully up to date with all the latest information.
The great news is that you won’t be waiting by the letterbox to get that information that you really need, like your exam results. You’ll get news from ECU much faster, and you can use your email to contact us whenever you want.

Unable to receive electronic correspondence?
For students which are unable to receive electronic correspondence, you may request to have all communications posted to you. For further information on how to request this, download the form "Email: Request for posted copy" from the Student Information Website.
