IT Training Room
Booking for this room is now on ECUSIS. Before booking this room, please ensure that the required software for your training session is available prior to booking this room.
Software Requirements for Training Session
A list of software installed in the IT Training Room can be found here.
If the required application is not available, you will need to submit a Change Request Form. A minimum of 4 weeks notice must be given for all change requests. To download the form and to obtain further information, please click here. Licenses and documentation will be required before software can be installed into the laboratory.
Charges
Due to the increased cost of software licensing and equipment maintenance, charges for using this room will be increasing from August 16 2004.
Use of this room is charged at:
- $300.00/day
- $150.00/half-day
Charges for using this room will be raised through Internal Journal transfers.
