How can I contact the IT Service Desk?
To contact us for assistance, you can either:

It is preferred that you Telephone us for assistance should your issue require immediate assistance.

Where can I look for assistance before calling the IT Service Desk?
The IT Services website provides comprehensive information on the majority of services we provide along with information and links to information on various University services and systems.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for, simply use the Search facility located on the left hand side of any page within the the IT Services website.
Is there anything the IT Service Desk can't help me with?
The IT Service Desk is restricted to providing assistance with SOE Computers or those covered under a Annual Maintenance Contract. We also assist with various University services and systems*. The IT Service Desk does not provide assistance with problems relating to personal computing equipment.

* Limited to University services and systems which are centrally provided. A list of these systems is available within the KITSC Information Technology SLA.
